Nanny Needed For My Children In Mahwah.

I am looking for 20 hours a week. Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. I have 3 children. My son, S, is 3 years old and is in a morning preschool program from 9 a.m. to 1130 a.m. He takes the bus to and from school. My daughter, I's, is 2 years old. I am looking for someone to spend quality time with her while my son is in school. Taking her to the park, library, coloring at home, etc. My youngest, O, will only be 3 months old in December when I am looking for services to start. To be honest, I'm not sure what my plan is with her for the first few months. Both my husband and I work from home in our basement. I'm thinking for the first couple of months, we will keep her downstairs with us. Then gradually introduce her into the morning routine with I's.
