Looking for someone who believes in gentle parenting style. For example, we do not believe in sleep training and do help our kids go to bed. The older kid is in school M-F and comes home later in the afternoon. The younger one stays home and goes to mommy and me classes, etc. One of the parents will always be home to help and guide as needed. The job comes with bi-weekly salary and other benefits include accrued PTO as well as sick leave. The hiring process includes video interviews and few hours of trial time.
