Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children. They are twin girls 4 years old They are happy friendly girls who love to play and be active. They are lovable and very sweet natured, they were born prematurely and have speech delay. But are greatly improving and communicate better each day! We need someone to pick them up from school at 2:45 to 7:30 hours may be a bit longer. (Pick up will be done in the family car) stay with them , feed them play until my husband and I come home. We both work.
