They are flexible with the schedule and looking for 1 day a week, between Tuesday and Thursday. While the ideal schedule is from 12:00/1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, they are also flexible with the start and end times and could even be flexible on-demand without a set schedule if that's the Nanny's preference. Duties: General infant care including bottle feedings, diaper changes, aiding in developmental milestones, keeping the child on a daily schedule, and taking initiative to seek out developmentally-appropriate activities. The Nanny will also assist with basic tidying up after the child. A Nanny willing to help with light meal prep once the baby starts solids and other household chores is a plus, but not mandatory. Ideal nanny: The ideal Nanny for this home is professional, responsible, gentle, and caring. They should be patient, reliable, and always present when with the child. This family is looking for a proactive Nanny who is receptive to the parents' wishes and provides updates on the child but is able to stay focused on tasks when the parents are home. About the family: This 3-month-old is sweet, adorable, calm, and curious. These parents are hardworking, caring, down-to-earth, loyal, and protective. Mom is an extroverted-introvert and Dad is a little more outgoing. They are very nice but don't wish to be overly social. Both parents are looking to welcome a Nanny as if they are an extended family member to care for their son.
