I am looking for someone who could start part-time with our 17m old daughter but also could expand into a full time role later in the year. Looking for someone who is energetic and respects the child as a human being and not just a kid. She is very expressive with herself and someone who can play while allowing the child to express herself would be ideal. We limit screens at home (no tv and no cellphone while she is watching) so someone who is ok with that would be great. thank you.
