We want someone responsible, gentle, and caring. They should be patient, reliable, and always be present with our newborn. We're looking for a proactive nanny who is receptive to our wishes and communicates/ provides updates on how the day went. General infant care including bottle feedings, diaper changes, aiding in developmental milestones, keeping the child on a daily schedule, and taking initiative to seek out developmentally-appropriate activities. The ideal nanny will also assist with basic tidying after the child. Someone willing to help with light meal prep once the baby starts solids and other household chores is a plus, but not mandatory.
