No special care necessary for any of our children. We just need support (reading, playtime, meals, putting down for naps, etc..) while we both work remotely at home. I'm also in office 2-3 times a week and my wife is fully remote. Our daughters are babies; just needing regular baby attention and what not. Our son has loads of energy and is the happiest kid.
