The Nanny's Duties The Nanny shall devote the whole of her time, attention, and ability, while on duty, for the performance of her duties hereunder and shall follow all instructions of the Parent(s). The Nanny agrees to perform the following selected duties as a requirement of employment: Put the absolute safety of the child, first before all other responsibilities. Feeding/Bottle-feeding as per schedule provided by parents and as per the needs of the child. Changing the child's diapers in timely fashion. Washing and sterilizing utensils and accessories that are used by the child. Bathing the child. Entertaining him, keeping him warm, happy, and clean always, and playing with him. Keeping the baby's areas neat and tidy and doing his laundry. Contribute to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which he can thrive and develop. Plan activities that have substantial child development, social relationship skills and educational value. Keep parents up to date with baby's activities throughout the day. Other duties as applicable to ensure baby's welfare.
