Responsibilities include strictly following her routine, engaging in reading, art, music, and learning, arranging playdates, preparing her meals, and doing her laundry. No screens or phones in front of her. We offer 3 weeks paid vacation during family trips, 5 discretionary vacation days, and 5 sick days per year. Our daughter is a happy, well-behaved only child and a great eater. Parents work from home in separate offices, and the house is spacious, kid-friendly, and near parks and activities.
