Nanny Needed For My Children

My wife and I are looking for care for our 4-month-old son. We are looking for 4 days per week (ideally Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri) from 730 a.m. to 630pm, so 44 hours in a standard week. We would also like someone who is flexible for nights, weekends and potential travel with our family. We want someone who is loving and will treat our son like their own. Ideally the nanny can create their own activities . We also have an energetic and friendly 35lbs dog, so has to be good with pets too!
