Babysitter For 1 Year Old Boy

I have a 1-year-old baby boy whom is very active. My other half and I are starting new Jobs and will need help with childcare while we figure our schedules out. As of now I work overnight and my other half works days however our schedules overlap. We will need a sitter to watch our baby boy for just a few hours until I get home in the morning. We also have a dog whom we will lock up in the room while the sitter is there
