I'm looking for an experienced caregiver for a 20-year-old young lady with autism. Mom is planning a trip overseas and dad needs help managing her needs when he's not home and/or working from home. Caregiver would be there for her when she comes home from school by bus, offering snacks and overseeing dinner and bedtime routine including shower prep and hygiene. She is verbal but repetitive. She is physically coordinated and can make her own basic meals. She needs prompting and reminders to clean up after herself. She is prone to anxiety and can be aggressive on off days. Most of the time she is happy-go lucky, likes to color, and watch videos. Some early mornings needed and occasional weekend hours.
