Evening Respite Care For Two Disabled Teens

I'm looking to find caregivers to help provide respite care for my husband and I. We have two sons with Spinal Muscular Atrophy; they require assistance with all physical tasks and use power wheelchairs for mobility. Cognitively, they are like typically teens and are able to express their needs. We currently need caregivers to handle their bedtime routine so my husband and I can go out or away overnight. Grandparents or older siblings would typically be on hand to help with meals and provide additional supervision. Bedtime tasks would include getting our sons in bed, use of urinal, putting in PJs. We have a ceiling mounted lift.
