Nanny For 2 Girls

We are a very close knit family and value family time the most. My husband and I both work -so during the weekdays, we try to maximize our time with our kids when we get home. We value respect, kindness, creativity. We are very opposed to gadgets. The kids are 2 girls, very creative- love art, imagination games, Legos, playing on the obstacle course and rock wall in our basement, board games. They love to read most of all - they read for a minimum of 2 hours a day. They are very easy - they come home and read or do homework while eating a healthy snack. Then they have activities or play dates. We live in a very fun neighborhood and town and they walk to friends homes on their own (the older one for sure). Staying safe, being loved and being creative! Nothing else is critical. What we would appreciate help with: Watching the kids and ensuring their safety (watch them cross the street, making sure bike helmets are on, not doing anything too crazy on the backyard play set or basement). Helping get them a healthy snack and helping prep dinner on occasion (if there's time). Kids laundry - we have a housekeeper for all the big cleans. Picking up WITH the kids - toys books etc. we are a pretty organized and clean home - everything is put away each night. Occasion picking up groceries or running any errands like post office etc. We need someone who will love our kids and learn to balance loving and nurturing with firmness. Everything is else is easy. Both - we are a 2-3 min walk from transit and we have a driveway. 2 dogs- a 1. 5 yr old and a 3. 5 yr old. Both loving and sweet.
