The schedule will typically be Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, with flexibility. This Family is hoping for a nanny to be available in case of emergencies Monday through Wednesday, and will be paying the nanny for a 40 hour work week to assist with this. Duties include: Providing infant care including preparing, feeding and cleaning bottles, changing diapers, and managing his nap schedule. Assisting with the children's laundry. Creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children. Reading to the children. Helping the infant reach developmental milestones. Assisting with household duties such as general tidying after the child, cleaning up any messes that occur during care, and ensuring the house remains neat and organized. Engaging with the 3-year-old in active and creative play, and helping to limit screen time. Ideal nanny: The ideal nanny for this family is caring, clean, active, and very focused. They are emotionally intelligent and take direction and feedback well. Looking for someone who pays close attention to detail. The ideal nanny has excellent communication skills, extensive experience with infants and developmental milestones, and handles emergencies calmly and efficiently.
