About the job
My child will be 1 yrs old when I would need a nanny. She will need to be watched at all times, as she might be putting things in her mouth, run around the house etc. I need someone who will be comfortable with this age, take her for walks/park, teach her things, play with her. I prefer someone who is more than 50yrs old, preferably a grandmother that has raised her kids, maybe grandkids, and is caring and loving.
