About the job
We are looking for a reliable, consistent, enthusiastic, energetic, positive person to mentor and care for our kiddos. Sundays wouldn't be needed EVERY week but maybe once a month or so The right person will be experienced (at least 3-4y w/ at least 2 children at a time) reliable, self-starter, responsible, emotionally intelligent, vaccinated, have their own transportation, and have ideas for activities (indoors & outdoors) during the day that don't involve screens. Our oldest is challenged w/ ADHD so someone with experience in dealing with this or comfortable with this challenge is a necessity. Looking for someone with experience tackling big feelings w/ empathy, tolerance & humor. Candidates should be experienced with establishing & maintaining boundaries. Reliability is a necessity, looking for someone in need of a long-term gig.
