Nanny Needed For My Children In Denville.

My 15yr old daughter has special needs, non mobile, nonverbal, seizure disorder. I will need a sitter that will be able to get her off the school van, change her diaper, feeding if needed. Tues, Wed and Thurs as back up sitters and fill ins. Need to be able to lift at least 50lbs, lift her out of chair and onto floor. We also have a friendly excitable dog. And we have 13 yr old son who is independent, he will not need to be watched but he will be at home. Really only need help occasionally TWTH 3-5 p.m. I'm not even sure this is the correct place for her but I need to branch out other than family and the sitters we have, we need back up for when others are sick or in addition. Summer hours would definitely be more full time.
