About the job
We are looking for a back up nanny. We have one currently but are needing extra coverage as we slowly return to work more. Hours are flexible and wouldnt be set every week, what we do currently is text the months availability to our nanny and that seems to work really well, we would do the same for you. Our girl is sweet and playful, yet sensitive, she has a hard time with sleep and naps. we are fortunate to have such a kind patient nanny now and are looking for someone the same to fill in! We are a low tech household and ask not to use phones or tablets around our girl, and prefer Montessori and Waldorf techniques, are mindful around language (no shaming, guilting, etc for example like yuck dirty diaper). She loves play, reading, music, nature, being held, being social.
