My son will be about 6 months old at the end of my maternity leave. Upon returning to work, my husband and I will need someone to help care for him a few days a week. This will involve feedings (potentially preparing solids), diaper changes, nap time, potentially baths, and developmental activities during wake windows. He seems to do well with schedules and is sometimes flexible, but we are hoping for a caregiver who can respect his feeding times and the sleep training methods we currently have in place.
