Looking For A Reliable 'Back-Up' Caregiver, Cranford NJ

We are looking to find a reliable 'back-up' care-giver for our daughter as she begins to attend daycare. As working parents, we know the occasional cold/virus will be popping up this fall and want to ensure we have coverage for days where we would be working from home/attending meetings and need care for our daughter. Applicant must be comfortable caring for a sick child (age 1) while parent works from home. Please indicate your requirements (ie - no fever, mask wearing, non-contagious etc.) . We are hoping for someone we could also call for the occasional date night or family gathering for coverage if there is availability. Applicant would need to be available on relatively short notice (contacted evening before) for the next full day(s) (7/8 am- 3/4 pm) until child can return to group care.
