Start: ASAP Age(s) of Child(ren): 7 month old, 2 year old and 9 year old Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, ~7-8 hours/day (typically 8 AM-5 PM) 2 late nights/week until 10 PM Saturday hours optional Schedule provided in advance - flexibility needed Compensation: $35 - $40 Description: A loving and busy family in Colts Neck, NJ is seeking a warm, reliable, and flexible live-in nanny/housekeeper (open to live-out for the right candidate) to care for their three children and support the smooth running of their home. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who can partner with Mom, who is often home but also managing the family's businesses. Responsibilities include providing attentive care to the children when Mom is unavailable and supporting with light housekeeping when she is present. Daily tasks involve tidying common areas, making beds, cleaning up after the children, doing family laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The family is flexible on the schedule, offering either Tuesday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, with approximately 7-8 hours of coverage per day, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, plus two evenings per week until 10:00 PM. For live-out candidates, a split-shift schedule may be considered. This position includes private living quarters with a bedroom and bathroom for live-in candidates and the opportunity to work with a kind, respectful family looking for someone long-term.
