Duties: Assisting the 3-year-old with before-school tasks such as getting her dressed, changing her diaper, and dropping her off at school. Light housekeeping and tidying up, and helping with the children's laundry. Ideal nanny: The ideal Nanny for this home is someone who is reliable, loyal, communicative, and a safe driver. They should be focused on building a relationship with the 3-year-old and be in open communication with the parents.
