My mother is having hip surgery on the 15th and she is my primary helper with my 3-month-old baby as my husband works full time. I'm not sure what her recovery process is going to look like meaning I don't know how much help she will need so I'm looking for someone that can take care of the baby while I take care of household chores and my mother or someone that can do a little of both (taking care of baby and/or my mother). Longer term, when my mother is fully healed, I am looking for a babysitter from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon - Fri.
