My daughter is 6 years old and she is very outgoing and sweet. She is also in the first grade and needs help with English literature and reading. We recently incorporated reading a book every night. Also would like to start doing flashcards before bed. She has an tablet and I do allow her to play. She also likes to ride her bike out front. A typical day for her will be waking up around 815 to get ready for school and being at school from 9:15 to 3:30 after school she is usually hungry and I feed her something decent before she eats dinner later in the evening. I work overnights so when I have to work, I try to have her in the shower by 8:30 no later than 9 and winding down around 9:30. Ideally she would eat dinner around 7:30 and have a snack before bed while reading a book. She can be shy at first, but will warm up eventually.
