4mo Infant 2 Days/week

Looking to find someone to care for my infant two days a week when I go back to work in November. The days will vary by week. My husband works Monday through Friday until 5 o'clock and I work 12 hour shifts so we would need someone to come at 7 a.m. I will know my schedule six weeks in advance so there will be plenty of time for you to schedule your own things as well! My daughter is 4 months (5 when I go back to work.) She is loving her play gym, bath time and being outside. She currently puts everything in her mouth and babbles all the time. We are using cloth diapers while at home. We have a good setup however we do have disposables for our outdoor adventures and travels. We are trying to implement Montessori style learning as well. We don't have a major set schedule during the day to follow, she's an "on demand" kind of baby at the moment.
