When primary care giver is working, nanny would be responsible for changing baby into new clothes for the day, playing with baby, changing diapers, rocking baby to sleep, or feeding a bottle/solids (both pre-prepared by us). When primary caregiver isn't working during the day, she likes to play with baby, so nanny would be waiting to take baby when necessary. This waiting time generally comprises a few hours daily.
