Part Time Weekday Morning Mother's Helper For Family With 3 Children

We are seeking temporary assistance in the morning, getting our kids ready for school - primarily for our two oldest (4. 5, 3). We have a third child, an infant (5m), but the care is primarily for the others. We will have the grandmother and mother home alongside you, so would not have solo responsibilities, hence the mother's helper positioning. The primary responsibilities would be assisting getting kids ready for the day -- getting dressed, brushing teeth, and helping feed breakfast. Beyond that, cleanup of living area and meal prep for lunch in the afternoon. Seeking someone who's friendly, patient, playful, and engaging with kids. It's also critical this person is open to feedback and willing to jump in on childcare and light housework -- we want an open and honest relationship to ensure it's working for all parties.
