Long Term, Odd Hours Nanny Job

I work as a Company Commander for the Coast Guard. My hours are vary odd and can tend to change often. I utilize on base child care during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. so I would only need childcare for times outside of that. My shifts are either 4:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. both of which would require you to either drop off my daughter or pick her up from the on base child care center. With all this said, I can't afford to pay very much; I can probably do $10 an hour but that may even be too much if I'm being honest.
