About the job
We have a two and a half years old and 4 months old kids. They're very quiet and sensitive kids. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling two kids at once. The older kids require more stimulation. However, we need to ensure balance and that the baby gets everything she needs. The baby is very quiet and barely complains, so we want to ensure that she's not neglected. Both parents work from home, so we are always available. A day would be flexible. Playing games, feeding the kids, and a minimal amount of TV as possible. Our older daughter loves to go outside and really enjoys nature. She also loves to dance and has an incredible imagination. The younger daughter loves being spoken to and being included.
