The perfect candidate is patient, has prior experience with children, can be creative and engage the children by doing crafts, playing make believe etc. Light housekeeping when the children are not home and light meal preparation is required. Housekeeping includes tidying, laundry, light meal prep and washing dishes/loading dishwasher.
