In Home Childcare For 1 Year Old, For 2 Working From Home Parents

Seeking flexible childcare for our 1-year-old, for 2-4 days a week. Currently have a sitter for Mon/ed, so would be willing to explore an alternative to have Tues/Thurs care only, and would keep her contracted. Or fully hire one person for all 4 days. My husband and I both work from home full time, although there are some days where we will need to travel for work purposes, but one of us will always be home. We are looking for someone who is playful, willing to teach, can put him down for a nap (with a bottle), can given him breakfast and lunch, which will be prepared for prior. We are looking for someone personable, reliable yet flexible say we need to tweak the set schedule. Would require meeting with you in our home before hiring and signing a contract with our terms in agreement. Must be comfortable with dogs.
