Childcare For 9 Month Old For 2 Working From Home Parents

Seeking flexible childcare for our 9-month-old 2-3 days a week (with potential upswing if needed). My husband and I both work from home full time, although there are some days where we will need to travel for work purposes, but one of us will always be home no matter what. We are looking for someone who is playful, willing to teach, can put him down for a nap (with a bottle), can given him breakfast and lunch (basic pureed foods and some solids) which will be prepared for prior. We are looking for someone personable, reliable yet flexible say we need to tweak or go beyond the set schedule. We would require meeting with you in our home before hiring and signing a contract with our terms agreement. Must be comfortable with dogs.
