We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and experienced nanny for our 4-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum. He is minimally verbal but loves to play, sing, and is currently in the process of learning potty training. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and has experience working with children on the spectrum. Daily Care: Provide loving and respectful care, helping with meals, hygiene routines, and potty training. Structure and Activities: Plan and carry out fun, educational activities that focus on speech development and learning through play. Social Engagement: Take him to the park or other child-friendly events to help with socialization. Emotional Support: Foster an environment of trust, patience, and emotional support. Communication: Work with our family to maintain open and regular communication
