Seeking a reliable, patient, and organized companion/driver for C , a 17-year-old elite autistic para swimmer . This role is about more than transportation , its about supporting his journey, ensuring safety, focus, and success. C is disciplined, hardworking, nonverbal but communicative in his own way, and a kind, gentle soul who loves candy and relaxing after a workout. Part-time (20-25 hrs/week), weekdays (Mon-Thurs required, Fri optional), transporting C to training, ensuring he stays on schedule and prepared. Must be reliable, punctual, comfortable with longer drives, and ideally have special needs experience. Clean driving record, NJ license
