Were a busy family in Bayonne, NJ expecting our first child and looking for a reliable Home Operations Assistant / Nanny Hybrid to help us manage home life now, with the role growing into childcare after our baby arrives in Oct/Nov. Initial tasks include: grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, running errands, organizing, puppy care, and supporting daily routines. Post-baby tasks will include: newborn care, feeding, diapering, naps, bottles, and light housekeeping related to the child. Starting at 10 hours/week with flexibility, growing to full time after the baby arrives. $18-$30/hr based on experience. Looking for someone long-term who feels like part of the family. Vaccinated (COVID, Flu, TDAP) before Oct, clean background, drivers license, and references. Bonus if CPR certified, loves pets, and/or is bilingual!
