Babysitter/Mother's Helper Needed For 1 Child In Atlantic Highlands

Hi caregivers! We are looking for someone or a few someone's to support with 35-40hrs/week of babysitting and house management a week. We have an 18month old happy boy and he is the priority. He loves coloring, singing, dancing, etc and is on the go constantly so you need to be able to keep up with a running toddler. We also have 3 large dogs who are very friendly but large, so you need to be comfortable having them around you. While our son sleeps, I need help with kitchen clean up, baby laundry, wiping down toys, etc so looking for someone who doesn't mind helping me out while he naps. Ideally, we would find someone who could do some shorter shifts (3-4 hours) and some longer days (6-7 hours) but some time at least each day of the week. But, if we can't find one person who can do that, we can find two people whose schedules align.
