I have a 4-month-old son. I am looking for someone to help take care of him and help him reach age appropriate milestones while I am at work (I work from home). He doesn't need any specific care, but he does follow a general schedule. The ideal day would be playing with him during his wake windows, putting him down for naps, and some help around the house (nothing major) while he sleeps.
