Are you an experienced nanny who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments? If so, we have an incredible opportunity to work with a HP family with three kiddos under the age of 5! They are looking for a full-time, live-in nanny to join their team! Dad plays MLB and the family needs a nanny who is travel-savvy, flexible, and ready to tag-team with mom. If you're great with kids of varying ages, adept at managing all things child-related, and skilled in household organization, this could be your dream job! LOCATION/TRAVEL: October-January: Georgia (Off-season) February/March: Florida (Spring Training) April-September: New Jersey (just outside Philadelphia) START DATE: ASAP! SCHEDULE: Flexibility is key! The schedule changes based on location and dad's travel schedule. Some days may be 7 AM to 8 PM, especially when dad is away, but you'll typically have 2-3 days off per week when this happens. During the off-season in Georgia, both parents are very hands-on. You'll help with household tasks and assist the family in packing as they prepare to move into a new home. Grandma visits once a month, which means PTO for you during her stays! During Spring Training in Florida, you'll work 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 1/2 PM, for the 2-month duration. COMPENSATION: Target Annual Salary of $105K! You will have a private bedroom at all locations and on all road trips/vacations. The home is equipped with a chef so your meals are taken care of, too! QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible, Adaptable & Accommodating Strong Experience with 0-5 Age Group Experience Traveling with Families Live-In Experience Preferred VERY Pet Friendly with NO Allergies - they have 3 cats, 4 dogs and hope to one day have a farm with goats and other animals! Confident Swimmer The ideal candidate is someone who is calm under pressure and flexible with scheduling, ready to support mom, who sometimes has difficulty asking for help. You should have experience working with three children, allowing you to handle various ages and developmental stages effectively. If you have experience with speech delays, that would be a significant advantage, as one of the children has a slight delay. An active and healthy lifestyle is essential you should enjoy staying active and be a strong swimmer.
