We're looking for childcare once maternity leave is over in late March until our daughter is at least 1-year-old (which will be December 2025). We are both WFH and are looking for someone who would be comfortable and excited about taking our little one out for field trips and outdoor adventures (walks, hikes, parks, and obviously weather permitting) as often as possible. We want her to have a love of adventure and grow her curiosity as she develops at this young stage. Experience with early childhood development and education is a plus but not required.
