About the job
Need experience with infants. I work from home so would need to be comfortable with me in the home. My job can sometimes be flexible so I might be at the office one day, home other days, more hands on with the baby and requesting help with household stuff one day, or very busy with work and home but very busy working. We have two dogs, chickens, a horse, we would love someone who likes to put the baby in a backpack and go for a walk, be very engaged with the baby, and genuinely enjoy kiddos. We have a 2. 5 yr old daughter that goes to daycare part time and we might need help with getting her napping sometimes, can discuss additional child hours since I can't pinpoint what they will be quite yet.
