Kids love to bike, swim, surf, magnetiles, cook, tumble and explore outside. Both children need help wiping but are otherwise potty trained. The youngest needs help getting dressed. Both will need help navigating sharing and playing nicely :) Boy energy and creativity to handle active boys with exploding imaginations. Access to parking is no problem. We have a 70lb yellow lab that is very mellow at 11 years old.
