Nanny Needed For My Children In Rochester.

I need help with getting my children motivated and ready for school in the morning. Light housekeeping in two or three small rooms. My youngest it the one I need the most attention with. He has ADD/ADHD to the point where he needs someone with him most of the time to help get him food, get him ready for morning, and get him off to school. He will also need to be picked up around the end of school which is three pm. He needs someone to sit with him while he works on school work he is falling behind and the teacher allows him to not do much in school than I am responsible for everything he brings home to help him get done. My hardest times are in the morning and when they get home from school. My partner works not only for our business but a separate job. I run my own business and go to school.
