Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Rochester.

We are long for a nanny/longterm babysitter for our 7-month-old. Looking for somewhat of a unicorn due to the nature of me and my husband's jobs. We both travel for work - I have a consistent schedule of 7on (away) and 7off (home). My husband is traveling an average of 4-6 days a month (sometimes more, sometimes less). Our little guy is currently in daycare part-time (tues/Thurs), but are looking for someone to help fill the gaps for days that we may have overlaps in traveling. We're also hoping to include some date night availability. There is the potential for some overnights. We have a fully finished, private basement room with a private bathroom for these instances. Open to negotiating an hourly/daily guarantee that would be paid whether you are used or not.
