Nanny Needed For Baby Boy In Portsmouth.

Hi! Currently looking for a nanny for 4-month-old baby boy in Portsmouth. Must have experience with infants. Only interested in child care within my home but would consider nanny share if needed. Trying to implement gentle parenting so hoping to find someone who loves to get all the laughs and cuddles instead of allowing the cry it out method that we seem to be seeing at daycare. It would be a huge plus if someone could help out with light chores such as occasional meal prepping, laundry, or running errands. I work from home but have occasional meetings in the New England area so I typically only need 10-4 coverage and maybe an occasional night or 2 a month until a little later (but not required). Small fluffy dog also lives in the home so must be comfortable with that as well. Thank you!
