My husband and I each own our own businesses and juggle caring for our 12-month-old on our own. Our schedule changes often but we could potentially try to keep at least one day the same if necessary. Looking for someone who is flexible and willing to help us fill in the gaps. The next couple of months will be very busy for our businesses and we will need more help. Our daughter is very happy and social.
