Nanny For One-year-old Boy

We are looking for a reliable and flexible nanny for 1 child in Nashua. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with a small 20 lb dog in the house. We're looking for someone we can easily communicate with and provides regular updates throughout the day. Our house has a fenced in back yard and screen porch which is great for all, especially during the warm months. We're also looking for someone who can be a bit flexible sometimes either with needing to adjust start and end times depending on work obligations.
