About the job
We are a warm and active family looking for a reliable, CPR -certified caregiver to join our household and care for our two young boys (ages 2 and 4). Our ideal candidate is passionate about engaging children in both indoor and outdoor play, who takes initiative and comes up with fun activities, crafts, and games that enrich, teach, and help kids build skills in STEM areas, reading and writing, thinking critically and in gross and fine motor areas. We hope this candidate is dependable and willing to go on adventures - hiking, trips to farms, libraries, parks, etc. We don't do any screens and seek to engage in safe, interactive play through arts, nature and the imagination. Hands-on learning and exploration are key, and we'd love someone who has strong communication and organizational skills as well.
