Monday & Tuesday Nanny With Potential To Grow !

Looking for a nanny to come by part-time to care for my 4-month-old son while I work remotely. Some days my workload may be lighter than normal, in which case, I would care for him and the ideal person would be comfortable doing light household work (vacuuming, kitchen clean up, etc and take initiative to jump in and see what needs to be done around the house). He needs help with tummy time and I need someone to help me get him on a schedule. If you have a Montessori background, bonus points! If you are a Spanish speaker, excellent, as I speak Spanish too and like him to be around more Spanish speakers.
