**Job Title: Part-Time Nanny/House Manager** **Hours:** - Core Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday tasks. This role requires flexibility, a nurturing attitude, and strong organizational skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Childcare:** - Provide care for our 3-year-old, including afternoon pick-up from preschool. - Care and coaching for our 10-year-old, with a 2:15 p.m. pickup. - Care and coaching for our 12-year-old, including afternoon pickup. - Transport older children to and from extracurricular activities as needed. - **Household Management:** - Perform miscellaneous household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and kitchen duties. - Assist with meal prep and dinner preparation to ensure the family can eat together at 6:00 p.m. - **Schedule Flexibility:** - Be available for occasional late hours due to parent work travel or other unexpected events. - Willingness to take on additional hours outside of core time for household tasks. **Qualifications:** - Experience in childcare and household management. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to a dynamic household schedule. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. **Benefits:** - Competitive hourly rate based on experience. - Opportunity for additional hours and flexibility. - A supportive and friendly work environment.
